I served as a Worker's Compensation Judge for many years, so I have a very different perspective from all other attorneys. As a Judge, I saw attorneys present cases from both sides, so I know exactly what evidence I need to present to the judge to get him to rule in your favor. Since leaving the bench as a Judge, I have limited my practice solely to representing injured workers in workers compensation cases. I know the law, and I know how to get you all of the benefits that you deserve. Unlike many other attorneys, I do not and will not represent insurance companies or employers.
