Bryan Folger

After years of representing multi-national insurance companies and corporations, Bryan started the Folger Law Firm in Phoenix Arizona, devoting himself to individuals and their families. Bryan is an experienced and successful trial lawyer in cases involving personal injury and commercial transactions. He has broad litigation experience handling matters involving, catastrophic personal injury, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, large truck and semi-trailer truck accidents, garbage truck accidents, construction-industrial accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, wrongful death, elder abuse, and nursing home neglect. He has dedicated almost all of his practice to fighting insurance companies. Bryan’s expertise and professional manner have won the respect of fellow lawyers, both on the plaintiff as well as the defense side. He remains devoted to his clients, a lawyer on the side of people. Education & Court Admissions Bryan received his law degree at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2003 and his Masters in Business Administration at California State University, Sacramento in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court of Arizona and Northern District of Court California. He has argued in front of the Arizona Court of Appeals and his appeals have resulted in numerous reported decisions.
