Jorge Montero

I graduated in May 1997 from Florida International University in Miami, Florida, earning a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. In May 2000, I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, and I was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2002. Over the course of my career, I’ve gained 26 years of combined experience in insurance litigation, including P.I.P., third-party, and first-party representation, working on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendant-insurance carriers. For the past 16 years, I’ve operated as a solo practitioner, focusing on areas such as individual and commercial contractual matters, probate, estate planning, guardianship, and consumer rights litigation. I’ve represented clients in both State and Federal courts, and I am a member of the Southern and Middle U.S. District Courts of Florida.
