Yasmin Gilinsky

I have handled appeals at the Circuit Court, District Court, and Supreme Court levels. As the head of my firm’s appellate department, I’m often called upon to assist with cases that involve intricate or unique legal issues. My work also extends to providing trial litigation support for complex insurance cases that are likely to proceed to appeal. I represent medical providers, property owners, and restoration or contracting professionals in their efforts to address underpayments and wrongful denials of insurance claims. In addition to my legal practice, I contributed as an author to *Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law (P.I.P.)*, a publication printed and distributed nationally by West Publishing. I also served as a past president of the North Dade Bar Association. When I’m not taking on insurance companies, I enjoy spending quality time with my family.
