My work includes handling disputes with automobile insurers, property insurers, life insurers, warranty companies, health insurers, disability insurers, and other complex coverage matters. I also provide consultation for major insurers and attorneys on intricate No-Fault Insurance issues, including serving as General Counsel for the Responsive Automobile Insurance Company. Throughout my career, I have managed well over 100,000 insurance cases across Florida, encompassing trial court litigation and appellate matters at the circuit court, district court, and supreme court levels. This includes filing Amicus briefs with the Supreme Court on behalf of South Florida medical providers in the landmark Pinnacle Medical v. Delta Casualty case, which secured the right for assignee medical providers to file their own lawsuits.
