Susan Brown

I am admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. I have also had the privilege of arguing and winning cases in both the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. I am a proud member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association. My legal practice has been primarily focused on insurance litigation, where I have served as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout my career. Before becoming an attorney, I worked as an insurance adjuster, handling workers’ compensation and bodily injury claims. During this time, I was recruited to work for the state’s largest personal injury firm, an opportunity that inspired me to pursue my law degree. My experience representing both sides of insurance cases allows me to guide clients through their cases from start to finish—whether through litigation or settlement—while remaining mindful of all perspectives involved.
