Jim Fletcher is the founder of Fletcher Estate Planning. Jim helps clients with estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Jim rose to the level of senior associate at two prestigious Buckhead and Dunwoody law firms, where he developed experience in a broad array of estate planning, complex civil litigation and real estate matters. Jim has been named a "Super Lawyer" since 2020 which is an honor only 5% of eligible attorneys receive. Education: Jim earned his Juris Doctor, with honors (cum laude), from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Justice/President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
