Brendan Flanagan

I started my firm in 2015 from a with nothing more than a laptop, a phone, and a commitment to represent plaintiffs the right way; by preparing every case for trial. Since then, my firm has grown into a flourishing plaintiffs’ trial practice with more than $140 million recovered in verdicts and settlements. Insurance companies know our cases are not built to be managed or quietly resolved. They’re built to be tried. That reputation has been earned through consistent jury trial results, disciplined case preparation, and a willingness to take cases all the way when that’s what justice requires. My practice focuses exclusively on serious personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking and commercial vehicle cases, and complex negligence claims. We place a heavy emphasis on jury selection, courtroom presentation, and trial strategy, because those are the critical components that determine outcomes in high-stakes cases. Clients work directly with me from start to finish. I believe the strongest cases are built on Brendan is originally from the Gulf Coast of Florida (Bradenton, FL) where he grew up in a tight-knit, caring community that his family still calls home. Brendan attended Florida State University, and moved to Atlanta for law school. Growing up, Brendan’s parents instilled in him the power of family, community, and faith. Brendan lives by these tenants, and treats his clients the same way – like family. Brendan is licensed to practice in every State, Superior and Federal Court in Georgia. Brendan lives in Buckhead with his wife, two daughters, two golden retrievers, and two rescue cats. In his spare time, Brendan enjoys golf, tennis, and participating in extreme sports. Brendan is an avid snowboarder, fly fisherman, and Advanced Open Water scuba diver. Brendan’s passion for life and adventure translates directly into the vigor and drive he pours into every case for each of his clients.
