Early Life and Education Mr. Flanagan was born in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago’s South Side. Upon leaving Chicago, Mr. Flanagan attended the world-renowned Howard University where he honed his writing skills as a print journalism major. Upon returning to Chicago, Mr. Flanagan worked at several top radio stations before beginning his legal career. Legal Career Mr. Flanagan has been named a Super Lawyer's Rising Star for the last six years. He has also been named to the National Black Lawyers Top 100 and a Lawyer of Distinction.
