Brian Fetzko

I am admitted to practice law before the courts of the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Southern District of New York and District of New Jersey. I earned my J.D. degree from Touro College School of Law and my B.B.A. from Pace University. I practice in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, real estate, and criminal law. My office is located in the historic Gaynor Mansion Professional Building in Middletown, New York. I am a proud member of the New York State Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association.
