Michael Edward Fenimore

I graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2001, earning a B.S. in Finance, and received my J.D. in 2005 from Saint Louis University School of Law, where I was a Dean’s Scholar and served as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Research and Writing. My legal career began in 2006 at Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews, P.A., where I represented insurance companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and large businesses throughout Florida. In 2011, I shifted my focus entirely to representing accident victims. Leveraging my background in insurance defense, I now advocate for individuals injured in auto accidents, slip and falls, defective products, and other serious injury cases. In 2014, I established my own firm, earning recognition for my aggressive and effective approach to personal injury cases. In 2017, I was honored as a member of Top American Lawyers, a distinction awarded to fewer than one percent of attorneys nationwide. Over the years, I have recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for victims of injury and wrongful death. I am admitted to practice in Florida, Missouri, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. My professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association (Eagle Member), the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers’ Section, and the Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association. Outside of my practice, I am actively involved in my community. I support organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors Project, and Fiesta Forces, and I am a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Gulf Breeze.
