Roger Leshinsky

Roger Leshinsky is a Managing Partner at Feldman Garcia Leshinsky & Miljus, LLC, where he dedicates his efforts entirely to bankruptcy and consumer debt relief. For over a decade, he has been instrumental in helping individuals and families in Illinois, Michigan, and California take back control of their finances through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy solutions. With a wealth of experience in consumer bankruptcy law, Roger has personally guided more than 10,000 clients through the complexities of discharging or restructuring millions of dollars in debt. His practice is centered on providing practical solutions, compassionate support, and clear advice for those grappling with creditor harassment, wage garnishments, repossessions, and the burdens of financial stress. Before co-founding DebtErasers, Roger served as Managing Partner at one of the country’s largest consumer bankruptcy firms. His diverse background also includes stints in personal injury, real estate, and general counsel roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the financial hurdles clients often face. A proud graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a B.A. in International Relations, Roger obtained his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Michigan, and California, as well as in multiple federal district courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Roger is deeply committed to expanding access to bankruptcy courts and ensuring that every client receives tailored, strategic legal guidance aligned with their long-term financial aspirations.
