Adina Rosenfeld

I am a Board-Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) at Feinberg & Waller, licensed to practice in California. I have a broad background in family law, having achieved my CFLS designation through a rigorous written exam, peer review, and extensive case management across various family law matters. My legal practice focuses on complex child custody issues, including move-away cases, domestic violence, parental alienation, visitation rights, and divorce proceedings. I am committed to the welfare of children and make sure my clients are well-informed throughout the process. I develop comprehensive legal strategies that build understanding and confidence among my clients. While I prefer to settle disputes amicably, I am fully prepared to take cases to court when necessary. My clients often commend my meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and practical legal advice. I am fluent in German and conversational in Polish, Hebrew, and Italian, which allows me to serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds effectively. My interest in international legal systems inspired me to write a law review article on comparative rules of international evidence. My European heritage enhances my understanding of the Hague Convention and international child abduction laws. Before joining Feinberg & Waller, I worked as a clerk at Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center, a position I secured through a fellowship from Loyola Law School. During my tenure there, I was responsible for client intakes, drafting legal documents, and supporting attorneys with discovery, motions, and trial preparations. Throughout law school, I was actively involved with the Women’s Lawyers Association and the Jewish Law Students Association. I also worked as an extern for Loyola’s Project for the Innocent, demonstrating my dedication to justice and service.
