Stefan Feidler

Stefan is a skilled litigator and founder of Feidler Law Firm, LLC, serving injured folks in both South Carolina and Georgia. He dedicates his practice to providing powerful, cost-effective legal representation to victims of negligence and wrongful conduct. Specifically, he handles complex cases involving nursing home abuse and negligence, medical malpratice, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, defamation, dram shop/liquor liability, brain injuries, and insurance bad faith. While Feidler Law Firm’s primary goal is to provide professional and compassionate legal representation to individuals directly impacted by the negligence of others, Stefan also decided that the core values of the law firm would always reflect treating each client like family, and making sure the firm positively impacted the surrounding community in a direct way. Feidler Law Firm contributes to the community through volunteer work and contributions. Stefan is a native of the low-country. He is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, Georgia, Federal U.S. District Court, S.C. Court of Appeals, and Federal Claims Court. Stefan is a member of the American Association of Justice, where he is past chair of the Professional Negligence Section and member of the Nursing Home Negligence Section. Stefan is also a member of the South Carolina Association of Justice.
