Johnny Baxley is a dedicated attorney at Farris, Riley & Pitt, LLP, where he focuses on advocating for personal injury clients and their families. A graduate of Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, AL, Johnny was inspired to pursue a career in law to make a positive impact on people’s lives. During law school, he gained valuable experience working in three different injury law firms, where he saw firsthand the significant power imbalance between injured individuals and the big corporations responsible for their injuries. These experiences sparked his commitment to level the playing field through relentlessly advocating for his clients. While at law school, Johnny sharpened his legal skills through his active participation in trial competitions, moot court, and civil litigation courses. He also represented individuals facing eviction in state district court as a 3L; further fueling his passion to represent hardworking, everyday people by safeguarding their individual rights. With a fresh perspective and deep-rooted enthusiasm for helping others, Johnny brings a modern approach to personal injury law.
