John Faro

Mr. Faro is Boston born and educated. Faro has been a Registered Patent Attorney since 1971; and, since then. has continuously represented inventors (and their companies) in the protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights throughout the U. S. Prior to entering private practice Faro was the patent counsel for the Baxter Healthcare three (3) divisions, in Miami, Florida (immuno-diagnostics), and in Costa Mesa, California (clinical chemistry) and in the Stanford, Connecticut (Wappler Endoscopic Instruments) In private practice, Mr. Faro has represented his former employer, Baxter Healthcare, IVAX Inc., C.R. Bard. Polaroid Corp., Meridian Diagnostics, Coulter Diagnostics, American Surgical Instruments, University of Florida (Gainesville, FL); and, a number independent inventors • Mr. Faro is competent to prepare complex patent applications in various sophisticated technologies, including the materials science, medical & diagnostic devices, engineering, alternative energy and computer sciences
