Michael Jerome Finn

Operating out of the Sunbury and Pottsville offices of Fanelli, Evans & Patel, Mike Finn is a trial lawyer committed to the aggressive representation of individuals facing catastrophic personal injury and criminal charges. As a former prosecutor in the Northumberland County District Attorney’s Office, Mike litigated thousands of criminal matters and honed his advocacy skills through numerous jury and bench trials. This courtroom experience, combined with his subsequent tenure representing a large insurance carrier, grants him the distinct ability to deconstruct opposing arguments before they are fully formed. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a former Team Captain at Villanova University, Mike applies the singular focus of a Division 1 Academic All-American to the practice of law. His 2014 title as Pennsylvania’s Strongest Man serves as a testament to his worldview, specifically that successful outcomes are invariably the result of heavy lifting and unrelenting preparation. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mike resides in his hometown of Danville with his wife, Danielle, and their two daughters, Harper and Haven. The family is completed by Pearl, their rescued Dogo Argentino.
