Elizabeth Jennifer Fineman

I concentrate my practice on domestic relations matters and handle a variety of Family Law issues, including divorce, child custody, spousal support/alimony, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, marital taxation, and equitable distribution matters. I have handled many high-income support cases involving an intricate knowledge of both family law and complex financial issues. Additionally, I have handled several appellate court matters representing my clients’ interests in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Domestic relations legal cases often involve significant taxation complexities. My advanced education and experience in the tax arena has frequently served as a valuable asset by enabling me to handle a wide spectrum of tax matters in the representation of my clients, especially with business valuations. I serve as a regular speaker on family law topics and have published articles for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
