Alethea Shaddox

Alethea joined Express Bankruptcy Solutions in 2020. She focuses her practice in two areas, which often go hand in hand; bankruptcy and family law. Alethea handles chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy as well as divorce, custody, child support, modifications, and contempt proceedings. Alethea earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts. She was selected for induction into Alpha Kappa Delta, an international honor society for Sociology majors. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Massachusetts School of Law. While attending law school, Alethea worked full-time as a bankruptcy paralegal. Alethea resides in Lowell and enjoys spending time with her family. She is a member of the Lawrence Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
