I devote my practice to understanding the individual needs of my clients so that I can effectively prepare, administer, and defend their estate plans over long periods of time. I provide counsel on all matters of estate planning, probate, and estate and trust litigation. I represent private clients in all walks of life. I am focused on creating long-term personal relationships with my clients. I leverage technology, when possible, and creativity when solving problems. My experience allows me to provide cost-effective, results-oriented solutions in a timely manner. Having earned my Masters in Tax Law (LL.M. in Taxation), I approach estate planning with an eye towards tax avoidance and tax management. My experience allows me to quickly sort through complex fact patterns and to methodically plan and prepare effective case strategies.
