Franklin Robert Evans

I’m Franklin R. Evans, the founder and managing partner of Evans Injury Attorneys. For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to representing clients in personal injury cases. I’m licensed to practice law in Georgia, Ohio, and the Republic of Palau, and I’ve appeared in court countless times across these jurisdictions. I earned my undergraduate degree in Political Science from Miami University and my law degree from the University of Cincinnati. I was first admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1999, where I spent the early years of my career advocating for injured clients. In 2005, I became licensed in Georgia and worked at two of Atlanta’s largest personal injury firms. After a period serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Republic of Palau, I returned to Georgia and resumed litigating personal injury claims for other firms. It was during this time that I established Evans Injury Attorneys. I’m committed to providing the highest level of representation for my clients, whether during the pre-litigation process or in the courtroom. I firmly believe in the principle that injuries can happen to anyone at any time, and those with the ability to help should give their all to do so.
