For over a decade, Alejandro has been helping individual homeowners and companies with strategic defaults, short sales, short pay refinances, short payoffs, loan modifications, and other loss mitigation options to avoid foreclosures and evictions. To date, Alejandro has been directly responsible in saving clients Tens of Millions of Dollars in releases from deficiencies and other workouts. Alejandro is a second generation Cuban-American, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, a Miami native, and a graduate of Christopher Columbus High School.
