Samuel Whalen

Samuel Whalen is a Criminal Defense Attorney at The McShane Firm, where he focuses on representing individuals facing DUI and other criminal charges. He is committed to protecting the rights, reputations, and futures of his clients through careful preparation and clear communication. Prior to joining the firm, Samuel served as an Assistant Public Defender in Erie County, where he handled a wide range of criminal cases and gained extensive courtroom experience. Samuel earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Slippery Rock University.
