Sherry Erb

Attorney Sherry Erb moved from Florida to Oklahoma in 2000 and has been involved in the legal field since her 20’s. She graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Oklahoma. Sherry is also admitted to practice in the Eastern District Federal Court of Oklahoma, the Cherokee Nation Supreme Court, and the Muscogee Creek Nation. Sherry has traveled to numerous nations and all of the continents except for Antarctica. She has been involved with the United Nations in New York speaking on legal and social issues. She also continues to maintain her ministerial ordination degree and enjoys sharing with and speaking to local groups, civic organizations, churches, and businesses. Erb Law, PLLC’s main office is located in Muskogee and has a satellite office in Tulsa.
