David Weisselberger

David Weisselberger is a leading Florida expungement lawyer and founding partner at Erase The Case, Florida’s only law firm exclusively devoted to criminal record expungement and sealing. As a former Miami-Dade County Assistant Public Defender, solo practitioner, and associate at the notable Saban & Solomon Law Firm, David brings hands-on courtroom experience and a personal commitment to helping clients overcome the stigma of criminal records.
