About
Samuel P. Nielson is a tenacious and polished advocate specializing in employment law. He exclusively represents employees in workplace disputes. Sam has varied litigation experience in both federal and state courts through single plaintiff and class action lawsuits. For more than a dozen years, Super Lawyers Magazine has annually named Sam a "Super Lawyer" or “Rising Star” in Employment Law. He has a perfect 10/10 rating from the online legal referral service Avvo, and a “Distinguished” peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
