About

I am Jason Neufeld, the founder of Elder Needs Law, PLLC, and a Board-Certified Elder Law Attorney. I take pride in representing senior citizens and younger disabled adults across Florida in matters such as Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Incapacity Planning, and Probates. Since 2012, I have been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyer's magazine and/or as a "Legal Elite" by Florida Trends magazine. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and went on to obtain both my Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) degrees from the University of Miami. I currently serve on the Executive Counsel and Board of Directors of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. Additionally, I am the Co-Chair of the Broward County Bar Association's Elder Law Section. I am also an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and enjoy giving back to the community through various projects with Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid's Senior Citizen Project. In 2024, I was honored as Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid's and Broward Legal Aid's "Attorney of the Year." Previously, I served on an 11th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and was recognized for my civic activism with a proclamation from North Miami Beach Mayor Rabin in 2007, declaring "Jason Neufeld Day." - Elder Law / Medicaid Planning Website: [https://www.elderneedslaw.com](https://www.elderneedslaw.com) - Meet Jason Neufeld Video: [https://youtu.be/netmmz3zxdM](https://youtu.be/netmmz3zxdM) - YouTube Channel: [https://www.youtube.com/@elderneedslaw](https://www.youtube.com/@elderneedslaw)
