I am a Partner in my firm’s Criminal Practice Group, where I represent both adult and juvenile clients across New Jersey who face criminal charges. My role involves zealously advocating to protect their rights and striving to achieve the most favorable outcomes based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. My extensive trial experience was recognized in 2024 when I was designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 2% of attorneys in the state. To earn this certification, I demonstrated a high level of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in criminal law and procedure, and was recognized by members of the judiciary and my peers for my proficiency and good reputation in the field of criminal law. Previously, I served as a Morris County Assistant Prosecutor and Municipal Prosecutor. Over the past decade, I have defended clients charged with serious offenses including murder, kidnapping, robbery, burglary, sexual offenses, weapons offenses, drug offenses, crimes involving domestic violence, DWI, and other serious motor vehicle offenses. I have accumulated significant trial experience in various counties including Passaic, Bergen, Middlesex, and Morris, and I regularly appear in both Superior Courts and Municipal Courts throughout New Jersey. I take pride in helping my clients navigate and understand the often-complex criminal justice system. My legal career began as an associate at two criminal defense firms in Monmouth County and Essex County before I joined the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office in 2009. Initially, I was assigned to the Domestic Violence Unit, where I prosecuted domestic violence restraining order violations and related cases.
