Eileen Melody Marsh

Eileen M. Marsh has been practicing commercial and real estate litigation for over 25 years. She was formerly with Fulbright & Jaworski in New York City before co-founding Eisbrouch & Marsh, LLC in 1995. Ms. Marsh represents individuals and corporations in residential and commercial real estate. Her extensive experience includes the negotiation, structuring, documentation of acquisitions, title, leasing, construction and management contracts, formation and organization of real estate entities, tax deferred exchanges and financing.
