Attorney McAllister has defended a client charged with armed robbery who was facing a mandatory 5-10 year sentence if convicted. After the two-day jury trial, his client was acquitted of more than 25 charges. Additionally, Mr. McAllister has successfully defended against a "second-strike" felony aggravated assault, which carried a mandatory 10-20 year sentence if his client was convicted. Attorney McAllister is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
