Steven P. Nassi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Easy Lemon by RockPoint Law P.C.. A seasoned attorney with nearly 25 years of experience, he has handled some of the most high-profile and complex cases in the country. Steven has litigated in state and federal courts in various fields, including consumer protection, construction, insurance, engineering, finance, cyber and more. Steven believes that every consumer deserves an advocate who will fight for them, and he is committed to leveling the playing field for everyday people facing legal obstacles. Steven concentrates on consumer protection law, particularly Lemon Law, Breach of Warranty, and claims under state and federal consumer protection statutes. He applies his extensive litigation background ang negotiating acumen to assist clients dealing with defective vehicles, product warranty failures, and unfair business practices. His goal is to ensure clients receive the full protection and benefits that the law affords them. Leadership, Affiliations, and Admissions Steven received his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Binghamton, with distinction, in 2000. He attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated in 2003. During law school, Steve served as a Supervising Editor of the Cardozo Law Review (2002 – 2003). And, as a member of the Innocence Project, Steven helped exonerate an individual convicted in 1987 based upon DNA evidence.
