Bob Dziewulski

Mr. Dziewulski brings decades of experience as a company founder, consultant, investor, and executive in businesses as diverse as architecture, software as a service, machining and manufacturing, residential property investment, and construction. Through these experiences, he developed an understanding of the issues businesses face and the effect that proper legal guidance can have on the success of a company. Healthcare Much of Mr. Dziewulski's practice has focused on medical compliance, employment matters, credentialing, premises liability, policy and procedure development, and real estate matters for medical practices. Today his focus is on addressing challenges faced by emerging practice types such as Ketamine clinics, med spas, and IV hydration. Construction Mr. Dziewulski also spent two years as a city planner, building inspector, and planning director for the Town of Beech Mountain, giving him insight into construction, zoning, and land-development matters. He also has several years of experience in construction and residential real estate investment.
