Dylan Jorge Grayson

Dylan J. Grayson is an associate attorney in the Lancaster office of Atlee Hall, LLP, where he brings a sophisticated, multi-faceted perspective to personal injury litigation. Since joining the firm in 2025, Dylan has dedicated his practice to representing individuals in complex matters involving medical malpractice, car and trucking accidents, work injuries, construction accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death. What sets Dylan apart is his unique professional background. Before joining the plaintiffs' bar, he successfully defended clients in state and federal court while working for large insurance defense firms. This experience provided him with invaluable "behind the curtain" insight into how insurance companies and defense counsel evaluate claims. He leverages this knowledge to anticipate defense tactics, mitigate potential issues before they arise, and develop proactive winning strategies for his clients. His prior defense work spanned a wide array of litigation, including commercial transportation, municipal liability, civil rights, and employment discrimination. Dylan’s legal philosophy is rooted in an individualized, people-first approach. He recognizes that every case involves a unique human story, and he strives to build genuine connections with those he represents. By prioritizing consistent communication through phone calls and in-person visits, he ensures he fully understands the challenges his clients face. A graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School (J.D., 2022) and Washington & Jefferson College (B.A., 2019), Dylan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
