David Harmik Yeremian

David is an experienced employment attorney and founder of David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. He represents employees exclusively in claims for wage claims and other labor code violations as well as for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing and retaliation. He has been certified as class counsel over 60 times in class action cases throughout California on behalf of employees and consumers whose rights have been violated. Prior to his legal career, David worked on Wall Street as part of a team advising Fortune 500 companies on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate financing transactions. David graduated from UCLA School of Law and the Anderson School of Management and earned his bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley. He is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California and an active member of the California Employment Lawyers' Association.
