Hayley L. Worrell

Hayley Worrell’s passion for criminal defense and post-conviction advocacy is deeply rooted in personal experience. Having witnessed firsthand the profound impact of a family member’s wrongful conviction, Hayley gained a unique understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when navigating the criminal justice and prison systems. This personal perspective continues to inform her compassionate, client-centered approach to legal representation. While attending the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Hayley served in the Post-Conviction Clinic, where she assisted clients seeking justice and relief from unjust or excessive sentences. During her time with the clinic, she developed extensive experience in drafting and preparing post-conviction relief petitions, commutation requests, parole hearing materials, pardon applications, and petitions for habeas corpus. Hayley’s approach to advocacy is defined by precision, persistence, and compassion. She is deeply committed to uncovering the truth, correcting injustices, and ensuring that every client receives thorough and individualized representation. Guided by both professional discipline and personal conviction, Hayley strives to make a measurable difference in the lives of those she represents and in the broader pursuit of fairness within the justice system.
