Stephen Paul Hennessey

I am a lawyer with a litigation and business practice in the Seattle area, with an emphasis on construction litigation, construction-related collection matters and business and real estate disputes. I represent clients in state and federal courts and in mediations and arbitrations. My clients include owners, general contractors, subcontractors, rental equipment suppliers and sureties. I have extensive experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and prosecuting and defending against construction claims and general litigation matters.
