Ralph Guenther

Mr. Guenther’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation and related bankruptcy matters, with a particular focus on problems affecting lenders and financial institutions, banks, credit unions, mortgage brokers, public agencies and individual lenders and investors, as well as developers, homeowners’ associations, contractors, and design professionals. Mr. Guenther was admitted to the bar in 1986, attended University of California – Northridge (A.B. 1983), and received his legal education at University of California – Davis (J.D. 1986). Mr. Guenther has served on the Bankruptcy Liaison Committee for the Northern District of California.
