Sam is a litigator handling cases before the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He primarily concentrates on handling complex labor and employment matters on behalf of employees as well as workers’ compensation claims for injured workers. His experience spans many areas of practice including labor and employment, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage and personal injury. Sam previously was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm where his practice areas also included commercial litigation, admiralty/maritime, construction litigation, municipal law, premises liability, products liability, automotive liability, insurance coverage analysis and litigation, subrogation, employment, housing and general liability.
