I focus my practice on commercial litigation, including class action cases stemming from state and federal privacy laws. I regularly advise clients on complex matters involving privacy, cybersecurity, ransomware attacks, and data breach responses. Additionally, I assist clients with claims related to the accessibility of their public-facing websites and frequently consult on compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and various state and local accessibility regulations. I also handle litigation involving Title III of the ADA and the Fair Housing Act (FHA), as well as a range of other issues, such as employment law, professional liability disputes, insurance coverage matters, and products liability cases. My experience spans all aspects of commercial litigation, and I have taken lead roles in numerous trials in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and appeals.
