About
Mark's practice is primarily focused on aviation law and complex personal injury law. Aviation law is a very general term and can encompass a broad swath of practice areas, Generally, Mark's aviation law practice includes the representation of persons injured or killed in aviation in air carrier (airline) passenger accidents, passenger board bridge (sometimes called jetbridge or jetway) injuries or airport injuries. Other types of personal injury cases Mark regularly handles include other travel/tourism-related common carriage or travel-related locales such as, shuttle bus, cruise ship, recreational and hotel & resort settings. As an FAA certificated commercial pilot and certified flight instructor, Mark leverages his industry experience in advocating for his clients. Mark represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. In addition to the injury or 'tort' aspect of aviation law, Mark represents clients in the regulatory and transactional arenas of aviation law. This includes the purchase, lease or sale of aircraft of all types and sizes, as well as the representation of pilots or other certificated individuals in FAA enforcement actions and before the National Transportation Safety Board.
