Rositsa (Rossy) Dracheva

I’m Rositsa “Rossy” Dracheva, the founder of Dracheva Law, a firm dedicated to serving families and small business owners across Illinois with estate and business planning services. I’ve been honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2024, 2025, and 2026. My goal is to provide thoughtful and empowering legal guidance that safeguards what matters most—your family, your future, and your legacy. I was born in Bulgaria and grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. When I started my practice, I did so with the belief that estate planning should never feel transactional or driven by fear.
