Frank Kearney

Frank R. Kearney is a Nationally Recognized, Board-Certified civil trial lawyer, author, and advocate for injured workers, serious car accident victims, and people with long term disability claims. This means he represents people who have been seriously injured and families who have lost a loved one due to medical malpractice, car accidents, construction site accidents and other serious work accidents, and denials of ERISA long term disability benefits based on injuries and serious medical conditions. Early in his career, Mr. Kearney represented insurance companies and other corporations, defending personal injury lawsuits. He now uses this experience to his clients’ advantage in negotiating with insurance company representatives and executives. He knows how the insurance industry works.
