Julia McGrath

Julia McGrath is a civil trial attorney and personal injury lawyer at Dolman Law Group, a highly recognized Florida law firm. Her practice focuses on representing those who have been injured as the result of someone else's negligence, including personal injury, motorcycle collisions, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death and insurance carrier bad faith. Julia is a graduate of The University of Tampa, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Criminology. Before starting law school, Julia worked in the legal field gaining valuable insight into the area of insurance litigation and interned for the United States House of Representatives on Capitol Hill. Julia graduated from Stetson University College of Law, Cum Laude, with Honors. While in law school, Julia was Captain of Stetson’s National Moot Court Team, earning two consecutive Regional Championships and Best Brief Awards. Julia’s team became the first in Stetson’s history to win the New York City Bar’s National Moot Court Competition—one of the oldest and most prestigious law school competitions in the country. During the competition, the American College of Trial Lawyers awarded Julia with a Best Advocate Award. Throughout law school, Julia was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity, the Bruce R. Jacobs Appellate Inn of Court and the ABA Law Student Division. In addition to pursuing her passion to become a litigator, Julia has acquired knowledge into the intricacies of our legal system by serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chris Altenbernd and the Honorable Darryl C. Casanueva at the Second District Court of Appeal, as well as the Honorable William P. Levens and the Honorable Nicolas Nazaretian at the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa.
