Michael Anthony Langella

I joined Dixon Injury Firm to focus my practice on personal injury cases. My commitment to helping accident victims, combined with my understanding of defense strategies, has resulted in hundreds of settlements. Before joining Dixon Injury Firm, I spent over four years working with other personal injury firms where I secured $1,000,000 in yearly attorneys’ fees. My first four years of practice involved representing insurance companies and corporations. During this time, I gained significant experience handling cases involving automobile accidents, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death lawsuits. I also have substantial experience in nursing home litigation, insurance coverage, transportation defense, construction litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, claims related to violations of the Missouri Sunshine Law, and discrimination cases brought before the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. I have successfully represented clients in Missouri, Illinois, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and rooting for the New York Yankees and New York Islanders.
