Alexander Warfield Eaton

I am a personal injury attorney and lifelong Buffalonian committed to helping individuals secure the compensation they deserve when injured due to someone else's negligence. I handle cases stemming from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, dog bites, and wrongful deaths. My experience spans all phases of litigation, from the initial consultation to trial. I grew up in Clarence, New York, and graduated from Clarence High School, where I was an accomplished distance runner. I earned a B.A. in Rhetoric & Public Address from Hillsdale College, continuing my running career during my time there. After spending two years in commercial real estate brokerage, I decided to pursue a legal career and enrolled at Syracuse University College of Law, earning my J.D. in 2021. During law school, I won the mock trial tournament and received awards for academic excellence in deposition practice and legal ethics. When someone is injured, I believe their primary focus should be on their health and family. My role as a personal injury attorney is to help navigate the legal system, ensuring they have the best opportunity to concentrate on what truly matters. As Theodore Roosevelt once said, "Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing."
