Kevin Lee Edwards

Attorney Kevin Edwards is the co-founder of DFW Injury Lawyers and brings extensive experience and proven advocacy to every case he handles. While in law school, Mr. Edwards gained valuable hands-on experience working for a respected local personal injury attorney, where he developed valuable litigation and trial advocacy skills on behalf of Plaintiffs. After earning his law degree, Mr. Edwards joined a Dallas-based civil litigation firm, representing corporations and insurance companies. This background provided him with a deep understanding of defense strategies and insurance practices. In 2008, driven by a commitment to help those harmed by negligence and recklessness, he shifted his practice to representing injured plaintiffs. For more than 20 years, Mr. Edwards has successfully represented thousands of injury victims in personal injury cases, defective product claims, and mass tort litigation involving medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Edwards is licensed to practice in Texas and Arizona and has received numerous professional honors, including being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2013–2017, a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers Association from 2014–2017, a Super Lawyer annually since 2018, a Top 10 under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys in in 2014 and 2015, and has been named one of America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and The National Trial Lawyers Association. Originally from Houston, Texas, Mr. Edwards attended the University of Texas at Austin on a swimming scholarship and earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003. He has called the DFW Metroplex home since 2003 and remains dedicated to delivering exceptional legal representation and achieving just outcomes for his clients in the great State of Texas and nationally.
