Candice Brown Deyerle

Candice B. Deyerle is a founding partner of Deyerle Silva Smith, PLLC and is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Clients with particularly complex family law issues, including divorce with businesses involved, multi-million dollar estates, privacy or publicity concerns, contested custody matters, children or parties with disabilities and/or special needs, or difficult issues such as alcoholism, drug abuse, addiction, mental health disorders, or personality disorders involved particularly benefit from Candice’s expertise. From the initial consultation, she will listen to and thoughtfully evaluate the facts of your case and work with you to develop a case plan with individualized goals of what you want to accomplish. With her specialized knowledge and experience in the courtroom, she’s able to provide exceptional legal advice for each client’s unique case. Since being licensed in 2010, she has a long track record of success and has successfully tried several jury and non-jury matters as lead counsel. While Candice has built a reputation of litigating excellent results for her clients in court, she knows that for many clients, a courtroom is the last place they want to end up in their divorce or custody dispute. It was for this reason that Candice completed mediation training through the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center and is a certified mediator.
