Carolyn Tan

Carolyn Tan started at DeWitt Algorri & Algorri in 2010 and is now a Partner who practices in the areas of catastrophic injury, bad faith insurance, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, and public entity claims. She has successfully defeated complex pre-trial motions and has settled products liability cases against amusement parks and car manufacturers. She has tried cases with Mark Algorri and Patrick Nolan, many which have resulted in multi-million dollar verdicts.
