Jennifer L. Schroader

I was born and raised in Tucson, affectionately known as the Old Pueblo. I am a passionate advocate for my clients, known for providing personalized and effective representation. I approach each case with empathy and a meticulous attention to detail, recognizing the uniqueness of every situation. I pursued my undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and later attended Phoenix School of Law, where I graduated cum laude. During my law school years, I worked for the Arizona Court of Appeals and a local criminal defense and family law firm in Phoenix. After graduating, I relocated to Mohave County to work for the Legal Defender’s Office, representing clients facing challenging circumstances with the law or the department of child safety. I am licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Washington State. I spent some time in Washington where I established a successful family law practice. After several years, I decided to return to my roots and opened Desert View Law in Tucson. My extensive experience in handling both criminal and family law matters across different states has deepened my understanding of the complexities of the law and its practical impacts on my clients' lives. I am committed to ensuring that my clients are heard and their concerns are addressed, while effectively advocating for them both inside and outside the courtroom and drafting detailed and comprehensive estate planning documents.
