Dennis Hernandez

Dennis Hernandez, Esq. is a fifth-generation Florida native and a dedicated advocate for injury victims. Born in Florida, he became an attorney at 23. For over 30 years, Dennis has represented individuals injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, semi-truck crashes, tractor-trailer accidents, commercial truck collisions, pedestrian accidents, and product liability cases across Florida. A graduate of Duke University with a degree in Economics, he earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School. In 1996, he founded Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, a firm helping victims of motorcycle crashes, truck accidents, and car wrecks recover compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain, and suffering. The firm has grown statewide with offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando, Fort Myers, and Lakeland (by appointment).
